Question: What forms of payments do you accept?

Answer: We accept VISA, Mastercard, Money Orders and Personal Checks

Question: How is payment submitted?

Answer:

  • Printable order form - Print and mail in with your payment or download a hard copy of our order form.
  • Online unsecure order form - Submit your order using our form. 
    • Your credit card information is sent via 2 form submissions (1- 1st 12 numbers, 2 - last 4 numbers and expiration date) or we can call you to verify the order and receive your payment information over the phone.
    • If you would like us to call you to confirm the order and take the credit card information over the phone, please make sure you include the phone # we should contact you at and the best time to call you.
  • NEW - PayPal payments are now available! Just choose "Pay with PayPal" button when ordering.
  • Call our toll-free 800 number and place your order over the phone. The number is: 1-800-810-8122

Question: Can more than 1 design be imprinted on a shirt?

Answer: Yes, they can for an additional $3.00 charge (except for sport shirts which come with an additional small image on the front) .
However, you must call to place your order - 1-800-810-8122.
Be sure to ask about our sleeve imprints! An additional $1.00 charge per sleeve.

Question: Can I get these designs on black shirts?

Answer: Although we have some designs available on black shirts, most of our designs only come on light colored shirts - ASH (light grey) or WHITE.

Question: Can I get T-Shirts with a pocket?

Answer: Yes, we can get T-shirts with pockets, long sleeves, tank tops and other styles of shirts to put the designs on. However, they cost a little more and we don't have enough call for them to inventory them.

Question: Do I have to buy all one design to qualify for the 12 shirt discount?

Answer: No, you can mix or match the designs and shirt sizes to qualify for the 12 shirt discount. Many customers show the literature around to buddies to get a 12 shirt order together. You must call in your order to receive this discount.

Question: How do the shirt sizes run?

Answer: We use 50/50 good quality T-shirts and Sweatshirts and they don't shrink.

Question: Do hat designs look exactly like the shirt image?

Answer: Not always. Some images won't fit on the caps as shown. Please contact us to see what the hat image will look like prior to ordering.

Question: I'm having trouble using the online order system. What do I need to do?

Answer: Please contact the webmaster with any issues you have trying to order online. Sometimes it's just a matter of changing some settings in your web browser to fix the problem. Your web browser must be set to accept cookies. Letting us know when you have problems with our website will allow us to try to fix any issues and make your visit a more pleasurable experience.
